1. Driver Requirements

• Renters must be 21 years or older.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Additional drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement.

2. Payment & Deposits

• A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of rental.

• A refundable security deposit may be required.

• Full payment is due at the start of the rental period.

3. Insurance & Protection

• Renters must provide proof of valid auto insurance OR purchase optional coverage if available.

• The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.

4. Vehicle Use

• No smoking inside vehicles.

• No unauthorized drivers.

• Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing (unless approved), or commercial delivery services without written consent.

• No Pets

5. Mileage & Fuel

• Mileage limits may apply depending on rental type.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided or refueling charges will apply.

6. Late Returns

• Late returns may result in additional daily charges.

• Extensions must be approved prior to the return time.

7. Cleaning & Damage Fees

• Excessive dirt, pet hair, smoking residue, or interior damage may result in cleaning or repair fees.

8. Cancellations

• Cancellation policies vary depending on booking type.

• Deposits may be partially or fully refundable based on notice provided.
